All the rooms have independent bathrooms/toilets attached with modern facilities. The building has a wooden ceiling which provides you with a cool climate all throughout the year. Each room has 6 windows each that makes them really airy and in contact with the sun & wind of Varkala.

Also present in the property is a recently built building with modern facilities and sunset view rooms.
